Técnico/a de Gestión de Personas
We are looking for a person interested in joining our People Management team where he/she will collaborate in the following processes:
- Welcoming of personnel
- Personnel selection
- Management of the equality plan
- Personnel administration
- Performance evaluation
- Staff satisfaction surveys
- Support to people management
- Support in the management of HRS4R
- In addition to the aforementioned tasks, it will cover the day-to-day management of people in the organisation.
Candidates must have:
- Degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology or similar.
- Master's degree in the field of People
- Experience in similar functions desirable.
- Fluency in Basque and/or English.
- Proactive attitude towards problem solving.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work with different IT tools and design solutions that seek the efficiency of the processes in which he/she participates.
