We are looking for a person to join the Integral Management Committee of the organization from where the requirements and actions of the Integral Management System are coordinated, consisting of ISO 9001, UNE 166002, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO: 22301 certifications. He/she will monitor the regulatory changes that may occur and will be responsible for its involvement in the IMS, participating in the adaptations that regulatory changes may require.
Vicomtech's Integrated Management System, which incorporates the requirements of the aforementioned certificates as well as other Standards taken as a reference framework, has a long history of continuous improvement, which gives it a global vision that in turn responds in an automated way to each of the regulatory requirements.
Being part of the Integral Management Committee allows you to acquire knowledge of the Standards, of the automation and monitoring process carried out, while working with the different internal development tools that support the system (ERP; Document Manager, eLearning Platform).
It will monitor the regulatory changes that may occur and their implication in the IMS, participating in the adaptations that the regulatory changes may require.
Candidates must have:
- Training: degree in Business Administration and Management or Informatics
- Experience:
- Knowledge of ISO certifications.
- Participation in internal/external Quality audits.
- Languages: fluent in Basque and/or English
