AAATE Pre-Conference: State and tendency on Assistive Technology

Vicomtech-IK4 has participated in the prelude meeting of the 9th European Conference for the Advancement of Assistive Technology in Europe, AAATE 2007, which will be taking place next October 3-5. The main targets of this Meeting were the official presentation of the AAATE 2007 conference and the analysis of the state and challenges of the sector of Assistive Technology, from the technological, user’s and European and national politics’ point of view. For this purpose, representatives of the Board of Directors as well as representatives of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, Basque Government and Local Government of Gipuzkoa participated in the meeting.
