Irisbond, whose technological member is Vicomtech-IK4, finalist at the Telefonica Ability Awards

The Panel of Judges of the Telefonica Ability Awards have nominated Irisbond as a finalist, together with RenalHelp and Blueway, on the “Innovation for inclusion” category.  This new category identifies social entrepreneurs that develop technological products and solutions for impaired or dependent people, and people with chronic diseases, through the movement of their eyes.

Irisbond presented a computer control system by means of the eye movement. This system allows impaired people to access common functions of a computer by the movement of their eyes. The system has also been applied to the industry.
