Vicomtech’s management system gets high score on the COVID-19 test

At Vicomtech we have always worked to achieve excellence in Organizational and Human Resources Strategy. As a result of this effort, today we have a robust and flexible management system that has allowed us to adapt in real time to the adverse circumstances caused by the COVID19 pandemic and to the different states that have occurred over this time. Our management system has allowed us to maintain our ordinary activity with minimal impact and to have a work environment protocols that have helped to get a minimum rate of contagion in the center, close to zero. The risk assessment, as well as its immediate action plans, the development of technological resources and the permanent attention and care of the people employed in the center, have been key to the success of this management, which is still in force.

Avant-garde research projects require an advanced management framework capable of managing talent, risks, tasks related to research, the technological assets that are generated and the transfer of technology, with total coordination and effectiveness. Our system currently has the HR Excellence in Research recognition and ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and UNE 166002 accreditations as well as several scientific articles. It also continues to improve day by day with the aim of maintaining its excellence and serving the new generations of knowledge, complementing itself with new technological tools for document and procedure management, ERP and digital learning (e-learning).
