Development of Advanced NLP Technologies for Competitive Intelligence.

Innguma is part of the foresight expert group at Innobasque, which works on raising awareness, training, and supporting Basque organizations in advancing from monitoring to foresight, through its collaboration in the “Foresight Culture” development project.
As a result of the work carried out within the Innobasque group, we have identified that the concept of a VUCA environment has become considerably popular in recent years.
Since the technological revolution brought about by the rise of the Internet, constant changes have emerged over just two decades, requiring companies to adapt in order to remain competitive.
It is essential to identify what to monitor, where to explore information, and how to do so. Relevant information must be shared and analyzed quickly and systematically to make the right decisions at the right time and to create and seize opportunities.
Innguma was created to address these needs (information capture, analysis, and dissemination), and since 2010 it has been successfully commercialized among companies of different sectors and sizes, becoming a national benchmark and leader.
The information relevant to each company is processed by expert analysts who add intelligence to the content, and Innguma responds to the needs identified by them in the Competitive Intelligence and Technological Surveillance (hereinafter VTIC) process, making it more efficient and automated.
