The Connected, Cooperative and Autonomous Systems Department is oriented to applied research in artificial intelligence technologies, data processing and communications for its application in Autonomous Driving technologies. The department has autonomous vehicles, robots, simulators and computational servers to allow researchers to have the best features to make applied innovations.
We are looking for a researcher with a vocation for applied research and proven scientific-technological experience to be part of the "Explainable On-board Multi-sensor Perception" line, oriented to apply artificial intelligence on image data, point clouds and other sensors.
In particular, we are looking for a researcher to collaborate in developments on Driver/Occupant Monitoring Systems, under the umbrella of European research projects in the automotive sector.
The candidate would join a young and motivated team, in a highly technological environment, in the context of leading European research projects, in the Connected, Cooperative and Autonomous Systems department, where he/she will be able to work and learn in order to grow professionally.
Candidates must have:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferably with a Master's degree in subjects related to artificial intelligence, automotive...
- Technical/technological profile: Artificial intelligence on image data, point clouds and other sensors.
- Languages: English, Spanish
- The candidate must demonstrate teamwork skills, flexibility, continuous learning, pro-activity and commitment.
