Vicomtech (www.vicomtech.org) is a private Applied Research Center specialized in Artificial Intelligence, Visual Computing, and Interaction. Located in Donostia-San Sebastián and Bilbao, it has a strong national presence in the application of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies across multiple sectors. We are members of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA) and GraphicsVision.ai, an international network specialized in Computer Graphics (https://graphicsvision.ai/).
We are looking for a person with IT knowledge and experience to join our team at our Donostia office. If you have experience in systems and networks, you could be the person we're looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and supervision of IT equipment.
- Installation and deployment of software and applications.
- Network, computer, and server security.
- User administration.
- Support for process automation and environment deployment using DevOps tools and Docker containers.
- Management and maintenance of virtualization platforms.
Candidates must have:
- Higher Vocational Training in IT or Telecommunications.
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and VPN computer networks, Linux server administration, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Programming knowledge.
- Experience with OnPremise and Cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS).
- Experience in DevOps environments, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Experience with Docker containers and image management.
- Knowledge of virtualization clusters.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and incident resolution skills.
