Located in Donostia-San Sebastián and Bilbao, we have a strong national presence in applying cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies across various sectors. We are members of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA) and GraphicsVision.ai, an international network specializing in Computer Graphics (https://graphicsvision.ai/).

What will you do in this position?
As part of our team, you will collaborate on key processes for people development:
- Onboarding and Selection: You will participate in welcoming and selecting new talent, ensuring that the processes follow the principles of open, transparent, and merit-based recruitment (HRS4R).
- Support for Documentation and Process Optimization: Your role will be key to ensuring that our advanced people management model and its associated processes are efficient and focused on excellence.
- Promoting Development and Well-being: You will assist with performance evaluations and tasks aimed at improving our teams' experience.
- Operational Support: You will be a fundamental pillar in the daily management of the needs of the people who are part of the organization.
Candidates must have:
We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
- Education: A degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar, with a Master's degree in People Management.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in similar roles is essential.
- Languages: Good level of Basque and English.
- Skills:
- You are an organized and detail-oriented person who meets deadlines.
- Proactivity: A problem-solving-oriented attitude.
- Teamwork: The ability to collaborate and contribute positively to the rest of the team.
