Continuous improvement in equality matters is part of our social commitment
At Vicomtech we have a firm commitment to full equality and we continue working so that all the people in the center develop their professional careers without any type of discrimination.
A year has passed since the Equality Committee was launched at Vicomtech with the main objective of bringing together the different actions that were already carried out in the center previously, preparing the Center's Action Plan in this matter and monitoring it.
Among the most relevant actions at a social level in this matter, the participation of Vicomtech in STEAM initiatives stands out. Researchers from the center give lectures in different forums about technical careers and participate in Mentoring programs to promote the incorporation of students in the last bachelor and master courses to technology companies and research centers.
