Advanced Technical and Societal Readliness of Remote Operation in Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) Services for People and Goods

The aim of RemoteReadyMove is to build, validate and deploy a technological, economically viable and societal-ready RO framework, as one major pillar of the future CCAM systems complementing the ODD of AVs.

The project encompasses six pilot sites across Sweden, Germany, France, Spain, and Greece, focusing on the technological advancement of components and evaluation of various RO applications from different use case areas including transport of people and goods.

The overall methodology of RRM as a SR pilot is built around a socio-technical approach that integrates diverse societal needs to ensure that technological innovation aligns with societal values and goals, maximising positive impacts while avoiding negative ones.
