Abstract

Methods to calculate the heart rate and segment the heart chambers from a zebrafish heart, and methods to extract features and classify zebrafishes have been developed. Every tasks were made from fluorescent videos of the heart, and brightfi eld images of the fish. This report explains the unfolding of the work placement's events, details the methods and algorithms developed, and analyzes the results obtained.
