Vicomtech (www.vicomtech.org) is a private Applied Research Centre specialized in Artificial Intelligence, Visual Computing and Interaction, located in Donostia-San Sebastián and Bilbao, with a strong national presence in the application of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies across multiple sectors. We are members of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA) and GraphicsVision.ai, an international network specialized in Computer Graphics (https://graphicsvision.ai/).

We are looking for a person to join the Processes department, which coordinates the requirements and actions of the Integrated Management System (IMS), composed of, among others, Information Security certifications (ISO 27001, ENS, etc.) and digital support tools (ERP, CRM, etc.).

The main tasks include:

• Regulatory Surveillance and Adaptation: Monitor regulatory changes in information security and cybersecurity and manage their implication in the IMS, actively participating in the required adaptations.
• Support for Digital Tools: Providing support in the definition, design, and implementation of the organization's digital tools.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating and maintaining valuable reports using Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Digital Ecosystem Maintenance: Collaborating in the maintenance of the current digital ecosystem and its integrations, ensuring operational continuity.
