Job Description: We are looking for a junior professional to join our Industry Division, with an interest in professional growth within the fields of technology transfer and business/market development. The selected candidate will support the identification of opportunities and the development of relationships with companies. The work will be carried out in coordination with the rest of the center's technological areas, ensuring that technology transfer is aligned with research activities.

Initial Responsibilities:

• Support the identification and generation of commercial opportunities by engaging with companies based on their needs, highlighting the center's technological capabilities and its mission for R&D projects or technology transfer.
• Assist in technological and commercial prospecting, detecting innovation needs in companies and sectors, and aligning them with the center's capabilities in periodic action plans.
• Participate in the preparation of value propositions and the development of bids for applied research projects.
• Assist in identifying funding instruments (regional, national, and European) suited to the company profiles.
• Contribute to negotiation processes in the preparation of contracts and agreements, including those related to the center's intellectual property management.
• Ensure follow-up on the implementation of contracts and agreements with clients, in collaboration with technical, administrative, and legal teams, and assisting in resolving associated incidents.
• Collaborate in representing the center at technical forums, sector events, and meetings with external entities.
• Management of current and potential clients/partners.
• Report needs, trends, and feedback to the organization based on active market listening.
