Vicomtech to take part once again in Tecnosec, consolidating its commitment to security and advanced digital technologies based on Artificial Intelligence

11.09.2025

Vicomtech will once again take part in the Tecnosec trade fair, consolidating its commitment to security and advanced digital technologies based on Artificial Intelligence. The centre will present its technological capabilities and showcase examples of advanced developments carried out in collaboration with leading companies in the sector as well as European Security and Law Enforcement Agencies.

At this edition of TECNOSEC, Vicomtech will also represent the European Knowledge Network ENACT, which contributes to knowledge exchange in research and innovation, while enhancing visibility and adoption of solutions to combat fraudulent activities.

Innovation in Security: Vicomtech presents its advances in AI applied to protection and cybersecurity

As in previous years, Vicomtech will also be present in the exhibition area with a stand highlighting its work in the development of AI-based security solutions. The stand will serve as a meeting point for professionals and institutions interested in exploring new opportunities for technological collaboration.

The solutions presented this year will focus on automatic image and video processing and analysis, speech technologies, digital investigation and cybersecurity, among others. These technologies address key challenges in border management, protection of critical infrastructures and public spaces, and the fight against illicit activities including organised crime and fraud.

Consolidating commitment to the future of security

Vicomtech’s renewed participation in TECNOSEC reaffirms its commitment to the development of solutions that leverage the latest scientific and technological advances and adapt to the evolving needs of Law Enforcement Agencies. Its leadership in European R&D programmes in security and its close collaboration with key stakeholders in the sector – including its recent appointment to the Research and Development Advisory Group of Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) – position the centre as a key player in addressing both present and future security challenges.
