Vicomtech-IK4 holds TObeWELL, based on the European project called “Tourism, well-being and ecosystem services”

Vicomtech-IK4 and BC3, Basque Centre for Climate Change, have got together more than 35 international experts to analyse and study how well-being can be improved through tourism and leisure.

During the workshop, hold on September 9th, 10th and 11th, internationally known experts such as Steven Graham, teacher health and well-being at the University of Exeter, Noam Shoval, associate professor at the University of Jerusalem, or Benigno Amor, manager of the thermal cluster in Galicia (AEITEGAL) and manager of the Galician Spa Association, will explain how tourism is connected to other areas they were never related to before like leisure, well-being, health and ecosystem services.
