Fostering Resilent and Auto-Compliant Manufacturing Value Chains through Advanced Digital Product Passports and Interoperable Data Ecosystems for a Circular Economy

The overall objective of COMPLIANCE4DPP is to support the green and digital transition. It enhances the existing architecture of the sovereign and interoperable data service ecosystem through automated compliance, demonstrated in the demanding Digital Product Passport (DPP) regulation.

COMPLIANCE4DPP will leverage Gaia‑X architectural frameworks and established practices to ensure transparency, openness, reliability, security, and interoperability in data exchange, through auto-compliance tools along the value chain enabled by the Digital Product Passport (DPP).

COMPLIANCE4DPP will enhance trust in the use of federated data and ensure compliance with European regulations by providing open-source components for compliance tooling and integrating these components into existing data space frameworks at Technology Readiness Level 8 (TRL8).
