Towards an intelligent alarm central station

TOIACS

Duration:

01.03.2017 - 31.12.2018

Scientific and Technological Objectives

First, an analysis based on artificial intelligence systems was conducted to gain an understanding of the environment or critical infrastructure being analyzed. The artificial intelligence developments are based on machine learning and deep learning techniques to automate the interpretation of alarm events and the detection of anomalous events in the monitored scenes. Furthermore, the system was equipped with functionalities or capabilities to enable both supervised and unsupervised online learning.

On the other hand, the system was integrated, tested, and validated. The objective of this work package was to analyze the viability of the researched and developed technologies for data analysis, artificial intelligence, and deep learning for anomaly detection in the security sector and in real-world environments, in order to assess the advantages of integrating these solutions into an alarm management center or back office.
