Machine Learning supported cibersecurity
The technologies that allow BigData developments are increasingly extended and used in different sectors. In the field of cybersecurity its use has a dual use, on the one hand these technologies are increasingly necessary to collect and handle the large number of security events that are generated in any modern information and communications system, and on the other to analyze the cybersecurity of the data flows necessary to deal with specific information in different application sectors such as banking, smartcities, industry or health.
The technological objective of the project is, on the one hand, to design and implement an analysis architecture for any of these use cases and, on the other, to carry out specific pilots that allow demonstrating how and where the cybersecurity analysis algorithms should be integrated more suitable for each use case. Vicomtech participates in a relevant way in the design and implementation of the base technology platform for the analysis, as well as in the development of specific analyzes for several specific use cases in the fields of smartcities, industry 4.0 and the cybersecurity sector itself . In each use case, the problem to be solved is studied and a solution is designed as it allows a transparent integration in each of the analyzed data flows.
